Northwood Mobile Home Estates
The Northwood Economic Development Foundation has constructed a brand new 15 unit mobile home development. Manufactured homes can be moved on to the large lots that are setup with new water, sewer and electrical service.

Mobile Home Estates Features

• Rent: $150 per month
• 2-3 off street parking spaces per house
• Very large yards
• Limited Incentive: $1000 toward moving expenses

Homes in the Northwood Mobile Home Estates may not be held primarily for rental to others. An applicant must intend to live in the home or be a co-applicant for a family members who will occupy the home.

A resident occupying a home may temporarily rent the home while the home is being actively offered for sale. However, such termporary rental shall not exceed 6 months except by the mutual written agreement of the Resident and Northwood Mobile Home Estates.
